This Privacy Policy applies to our App "Loans - Borrow Money Instantly". It is used to give more information about the App, its services and the data collected by it.
The app operator is not a lender or broker. The App is not making credit and financial decisions but is referring borrowers to lenders. The App securely transfers information provided by the users during application to the third-party lenders for verification and to determine the APR, fees, amount, and other loan features to be offered.

It’s important to note that these interest rates range with the borrower’s creditworthiness. So, for those with good credits, the rates will be lower.
The app can collect both personal information for identifying an individual and non-personal information that doesn’t relate to a certain individual.
Personal information is collected when the user completes and submits an online application to request a loan from a lender in his/her network or when they send questions or suggestions to the app.

Non-personal information can be collected from third-parties tracking systems or the App cookies. Cookies are files or pieces of data sent by a website to a computer to remember the user without the user giving any personal information.

The App can share this non-personal information with third parties for statistical and trend analysis.
The third parties are also allowed to display advertisements on the App. They use cookies and other related technologies to collect information about the user’s interaction with the app to note the type of advertisements to display.
However, the App doesn’t provide IIP (Personal Identifiable Information) to them.
PII is any form of data that can be used to identify a particular individual directly or indirectly. The list provided in the personal and non-personal information above is all entailed in the PII.
The PII can be collected from the App and used by the partner lenders in the user’s network. The PII data can be used to:
Submitting the application form shows that the user agrees the PII be securely shared with the necessary third parties that are per the applicable law. For instance, the App reserves the right to disclose, share or sell users' information to third parties.
The sharing and use of PII are however limited to certain third parties who provide services related to the user’s needs. The third parties can then use this information for advertisements and other marketing strategies.
The App does not have any access to the information provided by the user during the application. Therefore, the users have the right to file claims about their contact information to the FTC or any other agency.
It can only securely transfer this information to the trusted direct lender in the user’s network. The users can then be contacted by the loan lender regarding their loan requests and processing via the contact information provided.
The App services are directly or indirectly connected with the third parties who may include the lending partners, affiliates, and assignees. Therefore, the app can share users' information with these parties. The third parties also have their own set privacy policies regarding how they use the PII.
The PII may also be disclosed in case of a court order, subpoena, or similar investigative demands. These law agencies will use the information to:
Once the users provide the PII during the application, they automatically opt-in (sign-in) for any notifications. If the users are contacted by third parties, they have the right to opt-out (unsubscribe) of any communications.
The App can provide a link or directly connect users to third parties that don't operate under this privacy policy. The App however doesn't control or operate on them hence it's important to check the third parties’ privacy policy to see if you agree to be bound by them.
The App functions and features may be modified, updated, and/or supplemented at any time without users’ prior notice.
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 or the standard age for adults in your jurisdiction. The App cannot collect the PII from children or people who have not attained the standard adult age.
The users’ data is still protected. The App system protects users’ data from being accessed by unauthorized third parties. When the data is sent to the partner lenders via the internet, it is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol encryption hence no one else can access it.
It is required that the companies which collect the PII from California residents for loan requests and disclose such information to third parties for marketing purposes do either of the following:
Provide a detailed list of categories of information shared and the entities to which such information was provided
Provide an easy way in which the consumers can opt-out of having their information shared with third parties
